Q: How do I register?

A: From your back office at WAKEUPNOW, there is a link to Freedom Now Rewards. Click that link and follow the instructions. When finished, you will be able to print a registration submission form that must be signed and sent in along with a copy of your state issued ID or Drivers License. If you are not able to pay the $20 registration fee online, you can also send a $20 check with your registration submission form.

Q: When I turn in my receipts, where does the money come from?

A: This is a premier marketing company that has relationships with a number of vendors that are willing to pay to have you as a customer. This is how we are able to offer our Rewards and Shopping Deals.

Q: What happens if I don't spend $200 on Food and or Fuel during a calendar month?

A: The program also allows you turn in $100 in Food and Fuel where you can earn $25 in FRPs, giving you some flexibility. However, for amounts lower than $100, you will not be able to combine any two months.

Q: What happens if the brand of groceries I want to use is NOT on your list?

A: We will be expanding our list, as more members use the Retail Rewards Program. If you have a request or suggestion, email us at: admin@freedomnowrewards.com

Q: Can the $200 worth of receipts include other things I buy at the store besides groceries?

A: Yes. You may purchase other items at the grocery retailer. All receipts submitted must total a minimum of at least $200 in retail purchases and/or fuel excluding taxes.

Q: Can I activate more than one Freedom Now memberships?

A: Yes you can issue more than ONE Freedom Now membership per household during the same rewards period. But only ONE Freedom Now membership per WAKEUPNOW membership.

Q: Do the receipts have to be mailed in by a certain date?

A: When mailing receipts, the “Due Date or Postmarked Date” needs to be the last date of the month in which the receipts you collected are from. You will also be provided a 14-day grace period for the delivery process from the last day of the month to make certain your submission is delivered to our office in a timely fashion.

Q: What if I have more than $200 per month? Lets say I spend twice the minimum, will I double my rewards?

A: No. We can only issue ONE rewards amount per membership per month.

Q: I registered online where do I pay the registration fee?

A: You can either pay your $20 registration fee online or you can send a check with your Registration Submission Form and copy of your state issued ID or Drivers License to the address on the bottom of the Registration Submission Form.

Q: When do I have to register with Freedom Now?

A: Once you become a member of WAKEUPNOW you will have 30 days to enroll into the Freedom Now Rewards program to participate in the Food & Fuel Program. After the 30 days is up, you can still enroll in the Freedom Now program and participate in any of our shopping deals, but you will not be able to collect receipts and earn SRPs.

Q: I registered and paid my $20 registration fee online, do I still need to send in my Registration Submission Form?

A: Yes, you must send in a copy of your signed Registration Submission Form along with a copy of a valid state issued ID or Drivers License within ten days of completing your online registration. Forms postmarked after this ten-day period or without a copy of your state issued ID or Drivers License will be disqualified from participating in the Food & Fuel Program. You can still enroll in the Freedom Now program and participate in any of our shopping deals, but you will not be able to collect receipts and earn SRP funds.
